Bidding
- Its so easy... first you must register and you will be able to choose a user ID. Once you have this you are set!
- Each item is listed at a start price and once met then it is for definite sale to the highest bidder (no hidden reserve prices).
- You can keep track of any items listed by adding them to your "watched items" in your My Account section.
- Simple bidding - you can either place single bids manually each time or take advantage of the automated bidding system which will increase your bids only as necessary "up to" your highest bid specified in order to secure your purchase. (see bid increment scheme below which applies to all manual & automatic proxy bids)
- Notification emails will be sent to you when bidding letting you know when, you place a bid, you have been outbid or letting you know you where either successful or unsuccessful at the end of the auction.
- All bids are live & updated automatically 24 hours on our secure auction server.

Ask KJC Coins a question - At the bottom of every listing there is a "Comments" section where you can ask KJC Coins a question, or view previous questions from other users. Question are sent direct to KJC Coins and will we respond asap. To ask a question: - Log into your account.
- Go to the Item listing.
- Scroll down to the section marked "Comments."
- Click the text "Ask the seller a question." This will take you to a Contact User form.
- Enter your message.
- Click "Send" button.
